Ticket Booking Website
The Ticket Booking facilities form the "active" part of the website which drives your online store. The webpage that is displayed to your customer is dependant upon their actions such as their shopping basket which is affected by the tickets that they have selected. Ticket Management.
Full ticketing control with automatic deduction as tickets are sold either by block (e.g. standing) or by seat number. When using real-time
payment facilities this ensures that you only take payment for tickets you have left therefore saving you the cost of issuing refunds.
Online Payment Facilities.
Seamless integration with your chosen payment merchant for real-time online payment collection or we can save payment details to
your database so that you can retrieve the details via your secure administration panel and process the payment yourself.
Seperate Ticket Booking Fee.
Automatic calculation of booking cost either as a one-off fee, by order value or number of tickets purchased. Administration panel
provides for simple confirguration to set your requirements.
Ticket Sales Statistics.
Statistics for ticket sales, revenue and customer. Statistics allow you to identify and organise your best selling seats and events so that you can optimise
future sales. Revenue by seperate event or summarised by any timeframe to assist with accounting and submission of VAT returns. Identify your
best customers and their purchases so that you can suggest similar events and offer rewards.
Fast Search Facility.
Customers can search your ticketing database using any number of criteria including event, location, artist, price range or suitability. Search results will
return all tickets that meet the search criteria with a default message if none were found.
Interactive Location Map.
Interactive seating plan showing which seats and areas are available either by block or seat number. Customers can
select a location on the seating plan to add tickets to their basket. Notes can be added to the seating plan to
inform customers of seat status such as superior comfort, restrictive view, etc.
Customer Account Login.
Secure login area where your customers can set and edit invoice and delivery addresses as well as payment details. In addition your customers
can review previous orders, print invoices and check on the status of their current orders.
Shopping Basket and Wish List.
Dual lists to allow your customers to save a wish list of tickets they like and a shopping basket of tickets they wish to buy. Tickets can be copied
into either or both lists and can be transferred between the two lists. Customers can save and retrieve both lists by using a login even from different
computers.
Ticket Reservation.
Tickets in a customers shopping basket are reserved for a maximum period of time after which they become available for general sale if not purchased.
This prevents double booking for the same seats.
Secure Checkout Facility.
SSL encryted checkout so that your customers can provide personal and payment details with confidence. Quick retrieval of details for existing customers
to speed up checkout plus user friendly checkout for new customers with the option of saving their details for future purchases.
Automatic Email Notification.
Confirmation emails for acceptance of a purchase and dispatch of tickets so that your customers are kept fully informed of their order status.
Customer Reviews.
Let your customers write and submit event and artist reviews. This allows your customers to become involved in your website providing an interactive
experience and positive reviews encourage others to buy tickets. Administrator facilities to approve reviews before they are
displayed so that you can intercept negative or offensive reviews.
