 How We Use Your Details

Any information provided by you will be used by Design Atom and it‘s employees, contractors and suppliers, solely for the purposes of providing and promoting our services to you or your employer. Where it is necessary to provide your details to a supplier (e.g. a courier or printer) then we shall only disclose sufficient information for them to undertake their duties. If you apply for a credit account then we will supply your details to credit reference agencies, banks and your references to verify your status. We shall supply your details to third parties where we are obliged to do so by law or where a ruling has been made by a UK court instructing us to do so.

We do not sell personal information and we shall not pass on your details to other companies where that information will be used for marketing purposes such as direct mail or bulk emailing lists.
